Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days upon order purchase (from our website). After exceeding 7 days, we are unable to offer you an exchange. Exchanges will be offered when the following conditions are met:

• Original proof of purchase (receipt) is presented and item was purchased directly from our website.
• Product must be unused, unopened, and free from dirt or dust, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it, with any seals intact. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole.
• Items are not stated as non-exchangeable and non-returnable (refer to the list below)
• Exchanges are valid for another item of similar or higher value. There will be no monetary refund should you exchange for an item of lower value.

For exchanges, please email us at orders@therapymarket.com.sg with your order number and information on the affected item. Items must meet the conditions above. There is strictly no monetary refund, kindly check your shopping cart carefully before making payment.

Returns

We accepts returns within 7 days only for the following reason:

• Manufacturing defect

Refunds will be accessed and offered only on a case-by-case basis. Value of returned product(s) will be refunded in the original payment mode. Refunds will be offered when the following conditions are met:

• Original proof of purchase (receipt) is presented and item was purchased directly from our website.
