Delivery & Exchange

Delivery Fee:

  • Free local delivery with a minimum order of $50 (after discount).
  • Delivery fee will apply if minimum order of $50 is not met after discount. For orders below $50, delivery fee will be calculated by weight at the checkout page.
  • All orders will be shipped via registered mail, with delivery and tracking features.

Delivery Time:

  • We require 2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays) to pack and dispatch your order. After your parcel has been dispatched, please allow 2-3 working days for it to reach you. Shipping may take longer during sale, peak and festive periods.
  • For any unsuccessful delivery, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the addressee's address. You may collect the item from the designated post office, or redirect it to another post office of your convenience or reschedule for another delivery. If the item is not collected within 10 days, it will be returned to The Besotted Things. A re-delivery fee will apply in this circumstance.
  • Any delays in delivery time due to unforeseen and special circumstances will be communicated to the customer via email. 
  • If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery period, please email together with your order number.

International Delivery:

For international delivery, please contact with items you would like to order and the shipping address. We will advise you on the international delivery fee.

Exchange Policy:

For defective or incorrect items, our exchange policy lasts 7 days upon receipt of the ordered items. After exceeding 7 days, we are unable to offer you an exchange. Exchange are subjected to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Item must be unused, unopened, and free from dirt or dust, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it, with the seal intact.
  2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole. 
  3. This exchange policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
  4. We will only allow an exchange if the item was purchased directly from our website.
  5. We do not accept returns if you changed your mind on any purchased products. Please check your shopping cart carefully before making payment.

For exchange, please email us at with your order number and information on the affected item. Items must meet the requirements above. Please note that there is strictly no monetary refund unless the exact item is out of stock. Refunds will be accessed and offered only on a case-by-case basis.
